In January, two new announcements took center stage. First, Cisco's Networked
Sustainability Framework serves as a guide for organizations looking to achieve
sustainable prosperity through more efficient use of their networks and resources and
more effective business processes and behaviors. Second, Cisco EnergyWise
technology, a new Cisco Catalyst switch-based service capability, enables energy
savings and conservation through intelligent power management across the entire
organization, from IT to facilities.
